Dues are assessed at a rate of $600 annually. Dues support lawn care service for the neighborhood, as well as other costs associated with maintaining the community.

Dues can be submitted via mail by sending a check payable to "Association for Windy Hill Forest IV Home Owners Association" addressed to the mailing address below. Please include your name and purpose of payment (i.e. 2025 1st Quarter Dues) in the check memo.
